Meet Dr. Walmsley, a General Dentist who absolutely loves the cosmetic and implant aspects of his practice. He believes that making people feel better about their smiles is the most rewarding thing he can do.
Dr. Walmsley offers a wide range of cosmetic and implant services, including custom Cosmetic Smile Makeovers, porcelain dental veneers, composite and no-prep veneers, custom crowns made in the office at same day appointments, bridges, bonding, laser gum recontouring, teeth whitening, Sure Smile invisible braces, and restoring dental implants. He also provides all types of general and preventive dentistry.
What truly sets Dr. Walmsley apart is his extensive continuing education and personable, relatable demeanor. He has dedicated hundreds of hours to learning the latest techniques and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. On a personal note, Dr. Walmsley is a proud local graduate from Midway High School. He holds degrees from Hiawassee, MTSU, and the University of Tennessee at Memphis School of Dentistry. It was there that he met his wife, Shannon, who has been by his side for 30 years. They have three wonderful children: Channing, the oldest, is a fire and safety protection engineer; Nolan, the middle child, is pursuing a career as a machinist; and Callie, the youngest, is a recent graduate of architecture program at the University of Tennessee and is practicing in Knoxville.
When he’s not working, Dr. Walmsley and his family enjoy spending time together, exploring nature, camping, hiking, and traveling. Dr. Walmsley also finds great joy in giving back to the community and helping others.
